RENO, NV - On Thursday, June 28, 2012, the winning raffle ticket was drawn during the International Bowl Expo Trade Show.  The more than 500 raffle tickets were sold by bowling centers and bowlingh pro shops all over the United States from Main to Hawaii with a guaranteed $5,000 cash prize.  The winner did not need to be present to win.  With a large crowd looking on, the winning ticket was drawn from a large hopper and the winner announced:  Donny Carr.  Mr. Carr is being contacted to get his mailing address for the prize.  More information will be available later this week about where he purchased his winning ticket.

The long and colorful history of women's professional bowling will come to life next year with the unveiling of a new exhibit at the International Bowling Museum and Hall of Fame in Arlington, Texas.

ARLINGTON, Texas - Four-time United States Bowling Congress Open Championships winner Jeff Richgels, former Women's International Bowling Congress Executive Director Roseann Kuhn and four-time Professional Women Bowlers Association champion Cheryl Robinson have been elected to the USBC Hall of Fame by the USBC Hall of Fame Committee.
